The school is right across the street and so is the grocery store. You are also close to the 95 freeway.there are 3 different floor plans to choose from. I have the most popular floor plan which is located near the pool.

So if I'm paying$for rent and this space why is the space not available to use currently. Do a few months back we get this letter stating we have x amount of days to clear out space because it's not a fire hazard. So in my opinion and I'm sure lots of tenants will agree that we should not pay for services not in use i.e. storage space, key fob for broken gate. When I say broken I'm saying I've lived her 3+ years and have only used the fob maybe 4 times. That's saying slot right so just imagine living here longer.
